Here are our 2009 licensing terms and resources:

AyesseMedia provides the easiest way to license images for your project, so we have different ways of licensing images, from using established licensees to the direct route. We license for blogs, film, television, Internet Webisodes, documentaries, as well as to newspapers, magazines, tabloids and other periodicals. Our images have been seen all around the world in print, online, national ad campaigns (both television and print), television shows, in over 100 countries in all media.

Licensing Agents:

First-Run Celebrity and music images can be licensed via World Entertainment News Network.

You can contact them at the above website for licensing or view images at photo.wenn.com (contains some non-AyesseMedia images). AyesseMedia covers most major-market music performances in the Los Angeles area (including Orange County, San Diego and Santa Barbara venues).

Archive Celebrity and music Images (meaning older than 1 year) can be licensed from dreamstime.com (which includes celebrity and music performance).

Fine Art Reproductions (photo book-related imagery and non-celebrity/music) and can be licensed through OneWest Publishing.

For library requests where the photos are not represented by the above agents (this includes libraries such as: indie music, Zodiac Show, burlesque, Dita Von Teese, Juliette and the Licks, Becky featuring Keanu Reeves, The Dollyrots, Lucy Lawless, and modeling galleries), please email to licensing@ayessemedia.com, and include which images you would like, your usage information (what agency, publication, production you are from, rights requested, etc.) including the licensing terms you are presenting, and if you were quoted a higher rate for a similar picture by another agency.

If your company is requesting a quote from us our rates are pretty simple:

Usage in a magazine, book, news paper or other periodical - we'll license at 10% below the going-agency rate.

For all other projects (including broadcast, internet, mobile technology, etc.) please send us the number of images you require, rights and term and we will respond ASAP.

For all pictures, especially celebrity photos, AyesseMedia, it's owners, agents, employees and/or representatives duly assigned thereof ("AyesseMedia") warrant and represent that AyesseMedia is the sole copyright owner in and to all images in the AyesseMedia library, as exhibited in part of a whole on this website ("Library"). With respect to non-news or periodical usage (i.e., non-editorial and commercial licensing), AyesseMedia does not and will not indemnify against claims made with respect to third-party clearances in connection with your usage of the photo from our Library if your usage is for a commercial endeavor, which would normally require third-party clearances. We always advise to clear your third-party clearances on all photographs, unless you are otherwise notified by AyesseMedia in writing that the images from the Library that you are licensing are rights released. For any non-editorial licensing, AyesseMedia will happily provide any image from the Library and we require the licensor to indemnify AyesseMedia from and against any claims or alleged claims in connection with your exploitation of any image from the Library unless you provide, in writing, that all third-party clearances have been acquired or that you warrant and represent such acquisition on or after licensing any image from the Library. Look, people sue - we don't want that headache!
